With Whipple Superchargers vast experience and technical know-how, Whipple now offers performance calibrations as well as custom calibrations for the Mercury Marine 8.2L Mag Base and Mag HO.

8.2L Base Stage 1 $795

A whopping 50 horsepower and 35 foot pounds of torque increase while maintaining use of 89 octane. This works with both the mechanical cable and digital throttle (DTS) as well as engines equipped with and without catalytic converters. This performance calibration of the stock PCM features a 250 RPM limiter increase and a revised fuel and spark curve to better enhance performance.

8.2L Base Stage 2 $895

A whopping 75 horsepower and 55 foot pounds of torque increase with the use of 91 (or higher) octane. This works with both the mechanical cable and digital throttle (DTS) as well as engines equipped with and without catalytic converters. This performance calibration of the stock PCM features a 450 RPM limiter increase and a revised fuel and spark curve to better enhance performance.

8.2L HO Stage 1 $795

While the HO version of the 8.2 makes significantly more power than the Base models, after extensive testing, we found another 10 horsepower and 15 foot pounds of torque while using 89 octane fuel. This cal offers a 200rpm increase on the rev limiter for more prop options, as well as a modified spark and fuel curve for better acceleration and top speed.

8.2L HO Stage 2 $895

While the HO version of the 8.2 makes significantly more power than the Base models, after extensive testing, we found another 25 horsepower and 35 foot pounds of torque while using 91 octane fuel. This cal offers a 300rpm increase on the rev limiter for more prop options, as well as a modified spark and fuel curve for better acceleration and top speed.

If your modifying your engine with upgrades such as headers, camshafts or complete custom builds, Whipple can work with your custom needs to get the factory PCM working properly.

*NOTE: PCM'S MUST BE SENT TO WHIPPLE SUPERCHARGERS FOR CALIBRATION SERVICE ALONG WITH RECEIPT. TURN AROUND IS NORMALLY 3-5 DAYS.

*Non DTS BASE engines are required to change the throttle body adapter for power gains. Do not change without calibration!
