At the center of the package is the front-entry Gen 6 W235ax 3.8L / 3800cc Whipple twin-screw supercharger. Compared to the factory 2.65L roots-style system, the Whipple 3.8L offers 43% more displacement, allowing it to move the same amount of air with lower power draw and lower discharge temperatures while supporting significantly greater airflow and power potential. The Gen 6 also features Whipple's exclusive 3x4 rotor combination for increased RPM capacity, large diameter for increased airflow, a smaller leak path, and increased helix for optimal sealing.

Airflow is supported by a billet 132mm high-flow throttle body pre-set with factory electronics and an oversized Crusher™ 150mm inlet for maximum airflow capacity and minimal rotor cavitation. The result is stronger airflow under the curve, excellent throttle response, and the kind of immediate torque delivery Whipple systems are known for.

Cooling performance is one of the biggest reasons this system stands apart. The patented dual-core, dual-pass intercooler technology routes discharged air through each intercooler twice, dramatically increasing cooling effectiveness compared to the stock intercooler core. The dual cores feature massive 1-inch inlet and outlet capacity for increased water flow, and the oversized lid is designed to help maintain air velocity for improved overall system efficiency. Combined with Whipple's massive air-to-water aluminum bar-plate intercoolers, nothing comes close.

Every Whipple upgrade system includes the advanced HP Tuners MPVI4 flash tool for straightforward calibration delivery and enhanced data logging. The package also includes a billet -8 fuel rail, 1/2-inch fuel line, billet adjustable idler plate and pulleys, intercooler vent system, supercharger belt, and all necessary hardware for a seamless installation. No additional upgrades are required.

Just as important, the system is engineered to fit under the factory hood with no modifications, with no cutting or grinding on the engine block, and no internal engine modifications required. The completed installation looks clean, integrated, and worthy of the Raptor R platform.
