That is exactly what the Whipple Gen 6 system delivers for GM's 6.2L L87 Global B SUV platform.

Whipple Superchargers has been at the forefront of twin-screw supercharging technology since 1987, engineering some of the most powerful and efficient forced-induction systems in the industry. That experience carries directly into the Gen 6 3.0L system for 2021-2026 GM SUV applications equipped with the 6.2L L87 V8, delivering substantial airflow, strong drivability, and serious performance potential in a 50-state legal package.

At the center of the system is Whipple's Gen 6 3.0L twin-screw supercharger, designed to support excellent airflow and immediate boost response. On qualifying applications, the system is capable of producing up to 685 horsepower and 655 lb-ft of torque on 93-octane fuel. The large displacement compressor, integrated inlet design, and intercooler system work together to support strong airflow, lower air charge temperatures, and broad usable torque throughout the RPM range.

To support that performance, the package uses a massive oversized heat exchanger, high-flow intercooler pump, intercooler reservoir, and complete low-temp cooling circuit to improve cooling efficiency under demanding conditions. The kit also includes the hardware needed for a complete bolt-on installation, including a supplied LT4 3-bar TMAP sensor, high-flow filter element, Whipple air inlet duct, and Global B calibration support for compatible applications.

When used as intended, the result is a serious Whipple-powered SUV with stronger drivability, improved towing performance, and repeatable power in a package engineered for real-world use.
