Whipple Superchargers continues to push the boundaries of performance engineering with the development of a port-injected, modular big block intake manifold designed for maximum flexibility across a wide range of forced-induction applications. Whether you are running a Whipple supercharger, a traditional roots-style blower, or building a custom high-horsepower setup, this manifold provides a robust foundation for extreme power levels.

Cast from high-strength A356-T6 aluminum, the Whipple port-injection big block manifold is available in both standard deck (9.8") and tall deck (10.2") configurations. Its unique three-piece modular design incorporates a low-profile lower manifold capable of supporting either one injector per cylinder or dual injectors per cylinder, allowing precise fuel delivery for high-output and race-focused applications.

The upper adapter features a wide 671-based bolt pattern, making it compatible with nearly any supercharger configuration from 671 through 1471. For larger blower setups, a simple 1/2" adapter plate reduces the opening to the standard 671 size. This same design also allows the manifold to be adapted for turbocharged or centrifugal supercharger applications using a custom adapter, resulting in a compact, low-profile intercooled intake solution.

Whipple engineered this modular system with multiple intercooler options to support a wide range of power levels and duty cycles. The Stage 1 aluminum intercooler core measures 3.25" thick and over 7.85" wide, providing excellent thermal efficiency for automotive and marine applications. Dual -12AN fittings simplify coolant plumbing, while additional sensor ports at the front water passage allow easy integration of boost, temperature, and coolant sensors.

For extreme horsepower applications, Whipple offers a Stage 2 cupronickel intercooler core measuring 5" thick and 7.85" wide. Featuring four internal water passages along with dual inlets and outlets, this core is designed to maintain near-ambient intake temperatures under sustained high boost. Cupronickel construction delivers exceptional strength, corrosion resistance, and longevity, technology Whipple has successfully utilized in marine environments since 2000.
