The Whipple Mercury Racing 575 SCI Custom ECM Calibration Service is designed for compatible Mercury Racing 575 SCI applications that require calibration support beyond a standard setup. This service is intended for customers making changes such as RPM limit adjustments, smaller supercharger pulley combinations, or supported custom engine builds.

Because each custom 575 SCI setup can vary, the calibration must be matched to the complete engine, fuel, supercharger pulley, boost level, exhaust, injector, sensor, and boat configuration. Whipple can support many custom calibration needs when the full setup details are provided and the application is compatible.

Calibration Service Process

The stock ECM must be removed and shipped to Whipple Superchargers for recalibration service. Include a copy of the receipt, contact information, and all changes made from the stock application. Setup details should include engine configuration, fuel, pulley size, boost target, exhaust, injector information, sensor configuration, and any available scan or air/fuel data.

Standard turnaround time is normally 7-10 days. Custom calibration work may require additional information, testing, and revision time depending on the engine combination and calibration goals.
