At the center of the system is Whipple's W140AX 2.3L twin-screw supercharger, engineered for strong airflow, immediate boost response, and broad torque delivery. On tested applications, the system delivered up to 397 horsepower and 414 lb-ft of torque. With 7-8 psi of boost on 91-octane fuel, the system is designed to provide the kind of low-end torque and throttle response that makes a heavy-duty truck feel stronger where it matters most.

To support that performance, the package uses a massive air-to-water intercooler to help reduce air charge temperatures under load and maintain more consistent performance during towing, hauling, and day-to-day driving. The system also includes an aluminum high-flow intake manifold, fitted hoses, required wiring connections, and calibration support for stock vehicles or trucks equipped with a cat-back only setup.
