WHIPPLE MOAC MERCURY RACING 575 SCI INTERCOOLER

The Whipple MOAC Mercury Racing 575 SCI Intercooler is an application-specific Whipple Cooler system designed for the Mercury Racing 575 SCI engine package. The assembly combines the Mercury Racing 575 SCI intake manifold configuration with Whipple's MOAC (Mother Of All Intercoolers) intercooler system.

This configuration is designed around the 9.80" standard-deck Mercury Racing 575 SCI application. Finish options include Gloss Black and Hi-Performance Blue.

The standard MOAC configuration uses a cupronickel (CuNi) intercooler core. CuNi construction provides excellent corrosion resistance and heat-transfer capability, making it particularly well suited to demanding marine environments. An aluminum MOAC intercooler core is also available as a lower-cost configuration.

The Whipple CuNi intercooler uses cupronickel water passages and copper-alloy air fins to support both corrosion resistance and efficient heat transfer. The intercooler core uses rugged bar-plate construction with TIG-welded components and a multi-pass water-flow design intended to make effective use of the available cooling surface.

Optional thermostat housing configurations are available to accommodate different marine cooling-system and plumbing requirements.
