Whipple's all-new 6061-T6 billet intercooler manifold is designed to outflow the stock cast design while delivering the clean fit and finish expected from a premium Whipple component. Built for 2020-2022 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 and 2023-2026 Ford F-150 Raptor R applications, this direct-fit upgrade improves intercooler system flow while fitting in the stock location with no modifications required.

With its modular design, the manifold can be installed in a stock system using stock lines and the stock intercooler core, or paired with the Whipple Billet Super High Density upgraded intercooler core for higher-flow applications. The billet manifold features a Type 2 black anodized finish for durability and a clean underhood appearance.

External Fitting Options

• 3/4 in. stock hose fittings with increased ID
• 1 in. hose provision for EMP pump style or ice tank setups

Internal Fitting Options

• 20mm for the high-flow Whipple intercooler upgrade
• 20mm tapered to 17mm to fit the stock intercooler core
