2006-2021 HEMI HD Heat Exchanger

Looking to lower IAT2 temperatures and improve overall performance on your Dodge Challenger, Charger, or 300? While standard Whipple supercharger systems already include a robust heat exchanger, this high-capacity HD heat exchanger is engineered to deliver significantly increased cooling efficiency for high-demand applications.

Constructed from all-aluminum materials, this upgraded heat exchanger features a true 3/4" ID inlet and outlet, a 1.6" thick core, and approximately 35% more surface area compared to the standard unit. The increased core volume and surface area allow for improved heat rejection under sustained load, helping maintain lower intake air temperatures during aggressive driving conditions. A durable black finish provides corrosion resistance and a clean OEM-style appearance.

Each LTR upgrade kit includes all required mounting hardware, allowing for a straightforward bolt-on replacement when upgrading an existing Whipple supercharger system.

Fits Dodge Challenger, Charger, and 300 vehicles only.

Does not fit vehicles equipped with Whipple electric fans.

Compatible with Whipple 2.9L supercharger kits only.
