Designed for maximum performance and reliability, this package includes the oversized Whipple Mega Cooler, a high-flow replacement air filter, and a new calibration for substantial gains in horsepower, torque, and drivability.

The Whipple Mega Cooler delivers 43% greater core volume compared to the stock intercooler. Its bar-and-plate construction, offset fin design, and CFD-designed cast aluminum end tanks provide incredible cooling capacity and low pressure drop. Testing shows charge temp reductions of ~50°F on the dyno and 80°F+ under steady-state torture testing. Cooler air equals more spark advance, more oxygen, and consistent power pull after pull.

Whipple’s calibration, developed with Ford’s own tools, extracts the hidden potential of the Ranger’s 2.3L Ecoboost while maintaining everyday safety. Optimized for 91+ octane fuel, the tune refines shift points, raises RPM limits, improves throttle mapping, disables auto start/stop, and increases the speed limiter. The included Whipple flash tool allows simple uploads, DTC read/erase, live data, and advanced logging capabilities.
