At the heart of the system is the Whipple Gen 6 3.0L twin-screw supercharger, engineered for high airflow, strong thermal efficiency, and immediate boost response. Unlike generic roots-style packages, the Whipple twin-screw design delivers real airflow per revolution with less heat and more usable power, helping the 5.7L HEMI make strong, repeatable performance on premium pump fuel.

Cooling is a major part of the package. The system uses Whipple's patented intercooler design along with a dedicated oversized heat exchanger and high-flow intercooler pump to help control charge air temperatures under load. This gives the Ram 1500 better consistency whether it is used as a street truck, performance build, or daily-driven HEMI that needs reliable power in real-world conditions.

This is a complete bolt-on system that includes the major supporting hardware needed to do the job right. The kit includes billet fuel rails, upgraded injectors, supercharger calibration support, and the required tuning access support for late-model Ram applications. For 2019+ Ram platforms, HP Tuners RTD support is used, the PCM must be unlocked, and 2018+ vehicles require the supplied Smart Access Cable security bypass for read/write access.
