2004-2006 GM Truck 4.8L Whipple Supercharger Kit

The Whipple WK-1100 Supercharger Kit is designed for 2004-2006 GM truck applications equipped with the 4.8L engine. Built around the Whipple W140AX 2.3L twin-screw supercharger, this system delivers substantial horsepower gains in a proven bolt-on package designed for strong street and performance use.

With gains of over 160 horsepower on 91-octane fuel at 7-8 psi of boost, the WK-1100 transforms the 4.8L platform with instant boost, strong throttle response, and broad power throughout the RPM range. The W140AX design supports excellent airflow and efficiency, while the massive air-to-water intercooler helps reduce air charge temperatures for more consistent performance under demanding conditions.

This system includes the major components needed for installation, including the 2.3L supercharger, high-flow fuel injectors, aluminum high-flow intake manifold, fitted hoses, required wiring connections, and HP Tuners RTD calibration support. On stock vehicles or cars equipped with a cat-back exhaust only, the included calibration provides a straightforward bolt-on solution.
