Whipple, known for its industry-leading upgrade systems and technological innovations, has brought the same technology to the 2022-2025 Ford Expedition and Lincoln Navigator 3.5L EcoBoost with the Whipple Mega Cooler Series intercooler. The system is 50-state legal under CARB EO D-231-148.

The Whipple Mega Cooler offers 54% greater volume and 8% more surface area. The bar-and-plate intercooler features offset fins on both the cold and hot sides, allowing for increased cooling capacity while fitting within the stock packaging and significantly outperforming the stock cooler. Tests show up to a 90 degree F drop in temperature on the dyno, with even greater benefits during real-world applications. The colder air allows increased spark advance and more oxygen to the engine, resulting in more consistent power and quicker recovery while maintaining safety.
