Upgrade the original die-cast tensioner on your compatible Whipple 1999-2013 GM Truck 2.3L supercharger kit with the Whipple billet spring-loaded tensioner. Designed to provide improved strength, belt control, and serviceability, this upgraded tensioner is built for demanding supercharger belt-drive applications.

The billet tensioner features increased spring load to help provide better belt grip along with increased travel to make belt installation easier. A robust billet tensioner arm provides additional strength, while the double-angular bearing design helps maintain straight, repeatable belt tracking.

This tensioner is designed for Whipple's 1999-2013 GM Truck belt-drive systems used with compatible 2.3L rear-feed LS supercharger kits. These GM Truck accessory-drive systems have also been used in compatible LS/LSX Hot Rod applications.
