2026 RAM 1500 5.7L E-TORQUE
WHIPPLE GEN 6 3.0L SUPERCHARGER KIT

The Whipple Gen 6 3.0L Supercharger Kit for the 2026 Ram 1500 5.7L E-Torque platform is currently in development. This upcoming system is being engineered to deliver the airflow, cooling, drivability, and integration expected from a complete Whipple supercharger package while supporting the unique requirements of the 5.7L E-Torque platform.

At the center of the package is Whipple's Gen 6 3.0L twin-screw supercharger system, designed around increased efficiency, instant positive displacement response, and strong power delivery across the RPM range. The system is targeted to include a massive 109mm Crusher inlet, oversized air-to-water intercooler, high-flow belt system, and supporting hardware designed for clean installation and reliable performance.

Performance targets include gains of up to 200 rear-wheel horsepower on 93 octane fuel over stock, with final power numbers still to be confirmed. Final results may vary depending on calibration, fuel quality, vehicle configuration, final system specification, and testing procedures.

The kit is expected to include key supporting components such as high-flow fuel injectors, billet fuel rails, an oversized dual-pass heat exchanger, high-flow intercooler pump, plug-and-play wiring, and E-Torque-specific installation hardware. Final component configuration, calibration requirements, PCM unlock process, and supported vehicle configurations will be confirmed before release.

Calibration support is expected to include an HP Tuners flash tool, PCM unlock support, and security gateway support for PCM communication. Final 2026 calibration and PCM requirements are still TBD and will be announced as development is completed.

For emissions compliance, CARB approval for the 2026 Ram 1500 5.7L E-Torque Whipple Gen 6 3.0L Supercharger Kit is currently pending. Final emissions status will be announced closer to launch.
