The Whipple Gen 6 3.0L Stage 2 Supercharger Upgrade Kit is built for Dodge Hellcat owners who want more airflow, more cooling, and more headroom than the factory 2.4L system or the Hellaphant 3.0L package can deliver. With 93 octane fuel, the Gen 6 system delivers a significant power increase while giving the platform over 300 HP more capacity than the Hellaphant 3.0L supercharger and over 500 HP more capacity than the Hellcat 2.4L supercharger. The result is stronger acceleration, harder mid-range pull, and the broad powerband expected from a properly matched Whipple twin-screw system.

At the center of the Stage 2 package is the Whipple Gen 6 3.0L supercharger with a 112mm throttle flange, paired with the included billet 112mm throttle body and high-flow cold air system. This airflow package is designed to let the supercharger move the air it was built for without relying on expensive porting or restrictive inlet hardware. The Stage 2 system also includes billet -8AN fuel rails to support the increased airflow and fuel delivery demands of a higher-performing package.

Cooling is a major part of what separates the Whipple package. The patented dual-pass, dual-core intercooler system delivers twice the cooling area of other positive displacement superchargers for the 6.2L platform. The inverted design allows for an oversized intercooler layout with 2-inch-thick cores and a dual-pass configuration for 4 inches of effective core thickness, while the dual-in, dual-out design increases water flow for stronger temperature control under load.

Whipple engineering goes beyond just the head unit. The system uses precision-engineered billet rotors, a purpose-built inlet design, and an integrated package that supports strong power production across the RPM range while helping reduce charge air temperatures and parasitic loss. Calibration support is built into the package as well. The system includes HP Tuners RTD support and PCM unlock support for 2015 and newer applications, with Smart Access Cable support required for 2018 and newer vehicles. Premium fuel is required, with 91 octane or better always recommended and 93 octane preferred for best performance.
