At the center of the system is Whipple's W140AX 2.3L twin-screw supercharger, engineered for strong airflow, immediate boost response, and broad torque delivery. On qualifying applications, the system is capable of producing gains of over 200 horsepower on 91-octane fuel with 7-8 psi of boost. The result is a stronger, more responsive 6.2L platform with the kind of instant torque and broad power curve that truck and SUV owners can feel immediately.

To support that performance, the package uses a massive air-to-water intercooler, oversized heat exchanger, intercooler pump, and complete low-temp cooling circuit to help reduce air charge temperatures under load and maintain more consistent performance in demanding driving conditions. The system also includes high-flow fuel injectors, an aluminum high-flow intake manifold, HP Tuners RTD support, a high-flow S&B air filter, and the hardware needed for a complete installation.

When used as intended, the result is a serious Whipple-powered GM truck or SUV with improved drivability, stronger towing performance, and repeatable power in a clean, well-integrated package.
