Description
WHIPPLE GEN 6 3.0L STAGE 2 SUPERCHARGER SYSTEM FOR 2024–2025 FORD F-150 5.0L
Unlock up to 805 HP and 685 TQ* with Whipple’s all-new Stage 2 Supercharger Kit, built specifically for the 2024–2025 5.0L Coyote-powered F-150. This emissions-legal, bolt-on system features the new Gen 6 3.0L twin-screw supercharger, 132mm billet throttle body, and upgraded fuel system — delivering instant boost, daily-drivable reliability, and tire-shredding power.
Engineered for the 2024–2025 Platform: Whipple’s updated Gen 6 design is purpose-built to fit the latest F-150 engine bay. The inverted supercharger nests between the heads for a factory-style fit under the stock hood — no cutting or grinding required. The system is tuned for 91+ octane fuel and includes the Whipple Tomahawk V2 flash tool for PCM programming and drivetrain calibration.
Unrivaled Cooling Technology: The Gen 6 features Whipple’s patented dual-pass, dual-core intercooler system, allowing air to pass through the intercoolers twice for unmatched thermal efficiency. Paired with the industry’s largest dual-pass heat exchanger and high-flow pump, the system maintains consistent intake temps even under hard acceleration and extreme conditions.
Stage 2 vs Stage 1: The Stage 2 kit adds a high-flow billet 132mm Roval throttle body and GT500 Bosch dual-beam fuel injectors for increased airflow and tuning potential over the Stage 1 configuration.
Advanced PCM Integration: This system is fully compatible with Ford’s new OTA-style ECU and 10-speed transmission. Whipple’s calibration includes updated torque management, knock control, transmission tuning, and spark timing based on real-time air and manifold pressure — delivering peak torque across the RPM range while retaining factory driving modes like Tow, Eco, and Sport.
