Whether you’re experiencing a mechanical problem or you just want to perform preventive maintenance, Whipple can rebuild or replace your twin-screw supercharger and get you back on the water in no time.



Each rebuild consist of the following:

Inspection of compressor and precision measurement of current clearances

Full disassembly and cleaning

Precision inspection of all components

Replacing front and rear bearings

Replacing front oil seals

Precision assembly


New Whipple™ rotor assemblies consist of the following (when units are not rebuildable):


New Whipple™ twin-screw rotors with increased flow capacity (5-7% higher VE)

New high-strength double angular roller bearings

Whipple™ cast bearing plate (polished finish)

Whipple™ precision helical cut gears

Whipple™ PEEK-Carbon plastic coupler for increased strength

600SCI: 500 hours

662SCI: 500 hours

700SCI: 500 hours

850SCI: 500 hours

1075SCI: 250 hours

1200SCI: 200 hours 

*The hour guide is just a rule of thumb based on compressor speeds. Hours may vary depending on usage of engine/superchargers
