With the ever-increasing demand for high horsepower builds, Whipple now offers the highest flowing, billet-machined 109mm round-blade mechanical throttle body—purpose-built for LS-based applications. Designed to complement the Whipple W175AX front feed supercharger as well as universal LS platforms, this CNC-machined unit delivers up to 1750 CFM of airflow for extreme performance applications.

Machined from a solid block of billet aluminum, this throttle body features a knife-edged blade and straight-through bore to maximize inlet efficiency. The result is crisp throttle response and significantly increased airflow capacity—ideal for high-output naturally aspirated and boosted LS engines.

DESIGNED FOR WHIPPLE FRONT & REAR FEED LS SUPERCHARGERS

This 109mm throttle body is engineered with a custom throttle linkage arm to clear the Whipple supercharger housing, making it a perfect upgrade for builders looking to squeeze more power out of their system. On modified engines, gains of over 100HP are common when replacing restrictive OEM 90mm throttle bodies.

NOTE: This throttle body is not intended as a direct bolt-on. Custom tuning is required, and minor machining may be necessary depending on your application. Whipple does not offer tuning support for this component. Please consult your tuner prior to installation.
