Resale Certificate Submission

Use this form to upload your Sales Tax Certificate for tax exempt status on orders placed with Whipple Superchargers.

PLEASE NOTE - Sales tax calculations are based on the shipping address of an order. For tax-exempt status to be applied to an order, you will need to have a Resale Certificate on file for the ship-to state of an order.

For drop shipping to multiple states outside your home state, forms like the Uniform Sales & Use Tax Resale Certificate – Multijurisdiction can be submitted.

IMPORTANT - Each state field in the Uniform Sales & Use Tax Resale Certificate – Multijurisdiction form requires a State Registration ID, Seller's Permit Number, or FEIN of the purchaser entered for tax-exempt status to be applied.

Certificates must be in .jpeg, .pdf, or .png format.
